A downloadable game for Windows
FIVE WAVES. ONE POSITION. HOLD THE LINE.
Last Post is an atmospheric, low-poly sniper-defense game created as a LEA student project at bib International College.
Developed by VIKTAR, ROMAN and MARK over two weeks, this compact alpha puts you behind a fixed defensive position in a fictional conflict. Your task is simple: stop the approaching enemies and survive five increasingly dangerous waves.
Watch the distance. Choose your shots. Keep track of your ammunition. Take cover before it is too late.
THE GAME
You are not charging across a battlefield. You are holding one position.
Enemies advance through the valley, move between cover and attack with different weapons. Distant opponents give you time to react, but letting them get closer makes the situation increasingly dangerous. Enemy snipers, mortar warnings and combat events add pressure when you least need it.
Use your bolt-action rifle for deliberate shots, switch to the M-10 semi-automatic rifle when the pressure rises, and save your grenades for the right moment.
FEATURES
- Five attack waves with victory and defeat outcomes.
- Two rifles: a five-round bolt-action rifle and the ten-round M-10 semi-automatic.
- Bullet travel and bullet drop.
- Ammunition management, reloading, cover and bandaging.
- Throwable grenades.
- Enemies with different weapons and cover-seeking behaviour.
- Three difficulty settings and optional randomized conditions.
- Low-poly graphics, muted colours and an analog-film-inspired presentation.
- English, German and Russian interface options.
ABOUT OUR LEA PROJECT
Last Post was created by a team of three students at bib International College as part of their LEA project, over a development period of two weeks.
Our team: VIKTAR · ROMAN · MARK
This page presents the compact school-project edition of the game. It is an experimental student alpha, not a finished commercial release. Some features remain simple, and bugs or rough edges may still be present.
This is a student-made project, not an official release by bib International College.
A FICTIONAL SETTING
The conflict, factions and setting are fictional. The game does not represent real countries, armies or sides of a historical conflict.
